Learning to Relax - QUICKLY!
In this training, participants will learn a number of different techniques for
producing more relaxed states. We will then learn to “capture” pleasant experiences and feelings, and use this skill to rapidly produce more relaxed states.
Using principles from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), we
will train the body to quickly produce deep relaxation, without the need for
extended practice or time involved.
A series of handouts are included with this training, diagramming the basic steps
and procedures.
These skills can be utilized in a variety of different contexts:
- Learn new methods for relaxing your body and creating more positive feelings
- Learn to minimize negative feelings
- Learn techniques to help you fall asleep more quickly at night
- Learn when and how to use your own feelings as a relaxation tool
