Dealing With Overwhelm
This workshop is designed for the executive or manager (or parent or therapist) whose schedule and overwhelming demands on their time are their main source of stress. We will learn a variety of methods for
dealing with overwhelm, using principles from cognitive therapy that anyone can
learn and apply in their daily life. These same skills can also be applied
to such areas as strengthening commitments and achieving goals more
easily.
A series of handouts are included with this 1-day training, diagramming the basic steps and procedures.
Participants will also be worked with on an individual basis in front of the group, to teach and demonstrate additional methods for achieving stress-relieving results.
There are no prerequisite skills or knowledge required to learn these skills.
