Making Goals Achievable -
This workshop is for managers, personal coaches, teachers, therapists and anyone else who
either helps others achieve goals - or who wants to make their own goals more
likely to happen in the real world.
We will examine the component parts of goals, and the latest research that
demonstrates the differences between people who actually achieve their goals,
and others who get stuck in "wishing and hoping" without taking
action.
You will learn how to make any goal more achievable for yourself or someone
else, by applying basic principles from cognitive therapy and Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP).
