Grief and Stress
Often
the source of stress in a person’s life is grief-related. In
a world where job security is becoming a thing of the past, many people are
grieving the loss of a job, or the possible loss of a career. Other may
have experienced a significant loss which impacts them on a daily basis - often
in very subtle yet consistent ways.
Using principles from cognitive psychotherapy and crisis intervention, we will examine how grieving influences our stress level.
This workshop is designed to help people adjust to significant changes and abrupt shifts that either happened in the past, or may be coming up in the
future.
